An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our roof has been done by the Avenue Road Roofing crew, they were scheduled to come at 8am and they did. They got on the roof at 8am, they didn’t get down until the entire thing was finished at Noon. The clean up was exceptional, there wasn’t a shingle left on the driveway. The crew was pleasant, no noise. Everything was done perfectly. No problems with leaking. No problems. I expect it will last for another 20 years. I’m very pleased. I found it interesting that the crew was so co-operative, so quiet, and so fast. I have been recommending the company ever since.
