Did our due diligence researching/interviewing roofing companies..a friend recommended Complete Roofing in Burlington....went with them. SO glad we did. They did our roof, insulation in attic, eaves trough and fascia. Mark is AMAZING ....he is prompt efficient conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. His workers are all prompt, thorough and clean up after themselves (and come when they say they are going to come). Mark follows up after completion of the project and makes sure the job is done right. We had renovations done to house after Complete completed their work - the electricians we hired couldn't believe how much insulation Complete actually blew into our attic. Complete's warranty is by far the best (even the fine print !) and their prices are not only competitive but better than the others out there. We have recommended them to two of our friends who are equally pleased with jobs well done. Complete Roofing are a breath of fresh air in an industry where it isn't easy to find reliability. No one should go anywhere but DSK for a kitchen renovation. We shopped for months before deciding on who would renovate our kitchen. We researched and did our due diligence. Prior to DSK, we interviewed 11 other kitchen renovators, even going to the big box stores. But they all failed in comparison to DSK’s selection, quality, level of service, and price - DSK quality is 2nd to none ! Their staff is fantastic and its one stop shopping – from general contractors to countertops and everything in between – DSK caters to your needs (and very important to us - everyone they deal with/referred us to was reliable). We can never say enough about DSK’s FABULOUS designer Shannon - her innovative, well thought out ideas, the design and layout of the kitchen was unique and perfect. Shannon had ideas that no other kitchen place we went to even thought of. She thought of every single detail, was always readily available to address our concerns and questions. She is AMAZING. Every step of the way, every decision, be it large or small, she put such thought into it - as if she was designing her own kitchen. Her ideas were remarkable, and her patience knew no bounds (and my gosh did I ever test her patience). A kitchen renovation is a huge ordeal – it was nerve wracking for us – the decisions and magnitude of the project overwhelming – I spent many sleepless nights wondering and worrying. Shannon was always there to calm me down, reassure me and assist in making the decisions, even the small ones. Her designers “eye” shows in every detail of our beautiful kitchen. She thought of all the practical things to incorporate into the design, things we never would have thought of, things that other kitchen places did not think of. The way she transformed our space was mind boggling – what she accomplished is truly spectacular. The level of service DSK and Shannon provided is unheard of in today’s world. They perform (affordable) MAGIC. Because of DSK we have a beautiful custom, designer kitchen that looks like it came out of a magazine (but due to their more than reasonable prices without the designer price tag). We cannot say enough about DSK and Shannon or ever thank them enough for everything they did for us. One hears about horror stories when undertaking a renovation this large, but I can honestly say, because of DSK and Shannon, it was a great, positive experience.
