We had a garage door and opener that came with our house, which we bought 30 years ago. The opener suddenly stopped working, and we were able to use the door only manually. I called this company because they had a good review on Homestars. Steve answered the phone right away, asked a couple of questions and said that a gear must have gone. However, the company that manufactured our existing opener had been out of business for years, and so new parts were not available. We agreed to buy a new opener. Steve came over the next morning, right on time, to look at everything. He said that even though the garage door was very old, it was still working well. We decided that we wanted to replace the door as well as the opener, even though there was no pressure from Steve to do so. Steve was able to obtain and deliver the door we chose by the next day, and he and his assistant, Matthew, arrived on time and installed everything within the time frame that Steve had promised. Because our garage is not a standard height, this required some extra adjustments to make everything fit. They cleaned up very well, and then Steve gave us a thorough explanation of how to work everything, and answered our questions patiently. I don't expect that we will need another garage door or opener ever, but I feel confident that if anything goes wrong or we have a further question, Steve will help us. I would recommend Maple Leaf very highly.
