I made an order in-store on July 26. My delivery date was scheduled for August 4. The day before late in the afternoon, I was contacted by the delivery team and told that they would not be able to deliver the appliances tomorrow, because the order had been shipped only the day before! I placed the order on July 26 and it took them a week to organize shipping! On top of that, they were not able to give me a new date of delivery! So unprofessional of them! Because of that I had to rearrange many things, ask a dishwasher installer come on another day, take another day off, etc. Meanwhile, the appliances were delivered only on August 9, which is five days later than the initial delivery date. I have complained though a live chat, over the phone and was assured my case would be looked into, but it never was. I also emailed twice, but nobody ever replied. Terrible experience.
