We were referred to Don and Lori (Custom Blinds & Shutters)from our realtor. I needed window coverings for all our windows and some doors in our new house and was told that they could beat Rona & Home Depot. Not only did they beat them, they installed, measured and custom made them. We had a two week opening before our house was ready and we were to move and they had them done! We anticipated having to wait longer for the shutters, but they were done too. Lori consulted, brought samples and made recommendations the day after I phoned and Don had everything measured the following day. Don and his helper had everything installed on moving day! They did such a wonderful job installing them and cleaning up after themselves.They weren't in the way and they didn't leave until they were all installed!(8pm)

I was shopping around for a new kitchen table and chairs. Found one at one store, found one at Jordans. I preferred the one at Jordans, it was almost identical. Asked the owner David what he could do with the price difference. I was ordering three bound carpets from him, some lamps and some art. He decided to match the price of the table at the other store. He was basically taking our word on it and said he would rather have our business! We had brought home a torchiere and dicovered that it was defective, David had drivers come out to pick it up and repair it. Great service. We will definitely consider Jordans again for any further purchases.

Very informed staff. We didn't know the first thing about hot tubs, what you need vs. extras. The staff here were very helpful and we felt quite comfortable making such a large purchase. They send out one of their service guys after you fill your tub to give you a free hour of instruction on the working and maintenence of your tub too. We continue to get our water tested regulary there and this is a free service provided to every one of their customers. The kids love the free popcorn too!

We purchased a brand new house and needed everything. Our builder informed us that we could get a contractor's price if we went through The Brick. We contacted Pin there and I worked with her over the phone. I had exactly 2 weeks from purchase to move in date and she got everything I needed and delivered several days before. Amazing speed! Once we hooked up the water to the fridge though, we had a major leak inside, with water shooting out the fridge! Turned off the water, called Pin and she gave us the option of a repair man or a new fridge to be sent out the next day. We took the new fridge. Delivery guys were great, no damage to the floors or walls. Very friendly.Great overall service.
