This was a project to renovate the back half of our basement. We had Amro add a bedroom, enlarge a window, a three piece bathroom, storage and an exercise room. We actually had 17 different contractors come through our home and we decided on Amro who was the first to come through. Some contractors came through and were priced way too high. Some did measurements and never provided a quote. Others were priced way too low. Others were just not professional. Amro was the very first person that came through, but we wanted to be certain because we had many bad experiences in the past. Iyad was able to give us a quote on the spot. He said he would have a written quote in two days, but he had it the next day. He was always available when I called or sent him a text message. And he was so professional. His quote was very reasonable and his work was fantastic. I have finally found a contractor for life. I can't wait for the next project. I had the lawn system pipes drained and system flushed. Did not take long and the representative was good.
