Dan was very quick to respond to our call. He was very polite and professional and able to identify the problem and fixed it immediately. He explained and showed us the problem and what he did to repair it and tested it thoroughly before leaving. He also made recommendations for dealing with the water damage. He left the area neat when he left. He also told us to monitor it in case there were any further issues and to contact him. I would definitely call him again. He was knowledgable, skilled, fair and honest.
