AC broke in the middle of a heat wave. Sam and his team were quick to respond to our call and came for an inspection within a few hours. Sam has great customer service, answered all our questions and provided recommendations without any pressure. We scheduled the work to be done and they came to install the following day. His team was professional, arrived on time and wore masks (during covid). They went above and beyond to remove the old and very large AC unit from our backyard. We hope we won’t need their service anytime soon but will recommend their company in future.

When we purchased our house, we knew it needed to be professionally painted. The home was nearly 15 years old and most of the walls and ceilings had never been painted and there was a lot of patch and prep work required. We found Advantage House Painters Inc. on HomeStars and arranged for a quote. Chris offered great guidance when selecting colours and flexibility when we chose to have the rooms quoted individually so we could pick and choose rooms based on our budget. Chris and Mark did a great job painting our main floor; entryway, kitchen, living room, powder room, stairway, trim, doors, an old oak fireplace (now white, looks fabulous!) and stucco ceilings. Although the painting took longer than planned, we are really happy with the final results. They left our home tidy and offered to come back if there were any areas that we weren’t happy with. We are glad we chose to invest our money in hiring Chris and his team and will keep them in mind for future projects!
