Kitchen reno finished in the fall. Started strong, easy to deal with, couple of snags along the way, nothing major. Mostly happy with the work. After the under-counter plumbing sprung a leak and flooded our basement, we called them back to fix, along with tidying up the mismatched and sloppy crown moldings. After that, there was dead silence. Promises of new product on the way. After a few unanswered emails and phone calls, it turns out their doors are locked, and staff have been let go. No notice to customers who have paid lots of $$$ and waiting for work to get finished, or even get started. Not cool.
