We have a 2000 square foot townhome that we have recently purchased in the streetsville area. We contacted Erik among several other contractors to assess in detail our home and what we wanted done. We were looking to establish an entirely new floor plan in the home, including converting closets to new washrooms and adding a new kitchen and removing various walls in the main floor. Each quote came very similar in price however we felt much more comfortable with Erik because of his expertise and general understanding. We also felt much more comfortable with his relaxed personality and customer service approach. The job took slightly longer then what we wanted, however the delays were natural as unforeseen circumstances arose. Overall we are very proud of our new home and would recommend Erik to anybody looking for large or small project. Great work to you and the team! We have some remaining details in the basement that we will contract Erik to finish in the future as a second phase.
