Engaged this company for my move based on Homestars reviews. Wasn't disappointed - right from the initial booking process (with Abbas), and the seamless moving experience (with Rocky and team), packing and moving our things from our home and storage unit, to our new home. The team was very accommodative to our asks, and even managed to move our IKEA furniture without any damage to it and in some cases, without even dismantling it. Due to the width of the stairs, they encountered a difficulty moving one of our larger wardrobes, but amazingly were able to safely bring it down through the balcony. Due to the distance of the move, they sent over 2 trucks at no extra charge, so that it could be completed in a single day. With the moving-companies-related horror stories we hear on the news nowadays, we were a bit apprehensive since we hadn't used this company before, but this move couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you team.

I selected this company based on Homestars reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Rod came over to service our furnace and air conditioning unit in a house we were moving in to. He did a thorough job, explained whatever he was doing. He indicated common problems we were to expect with the units since they were over 20 years old and what to watch out for, but didn't try to upsell anything. Very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely engage this company in the future.

We engaged Green & Spotless before moving into our new home in Ajax. Devon came over, on the dot, on two separate days, to accommodate our schedule, carrying out duct cleaning on one day, and cleaning the carpets on the other. In both cases, we could clearly see that he took pride in his work and was very meticulous and thorough in the cleaning. He walked through the entire process at the beginning, and throughout the cleaning as well, explaining why he did things a certain way. The end result was remarkable, and we were very glad that we engaged them, and with the quality of work carried out by Devon. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely be using them in the future.

Wow, a very insightful and educational experience, working with Frank on our home inspection. Frank took the time to explain the areas that needed work, as well as how to take care of the home to prevent problems in the future. He was very patient with answering our questions, and definitely lowered our stress levels that comes with buying a home. All in all, very highly recommended.
