Lui and team came last fall to winterize my in ground sprinkler system and to start it up again this spring. His team was on time, friendly and checked each sprinkler head to make sure there was working as expected with no debris stuck and that the coverage area is as I expected. Overall, his proactiveness in reaching out to schedule the services was certainly appreciated as it shows he cares about his customers. Will definitely continue with his services and would certainly recommended if asked.

Tony from WOW Roofing was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, responsive to all my questions and inquiries during every step of the way. He took his time to explain the process, best practices, and the ins and outs of how the entire project will unfold. Not once did I feel rushed - great customer service all around. I was also greatly appreciative of his team who was professional and polite for the whole duration of the project - even my neighbors were pleased that they cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. Not to mention they worked long hours each day and was was able to finish the project within 2 days (ie roof replacement with underlayment and attic insulation mold remediation). Overall, fantastic experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends if roofing services are required - especially since Tony provides a 25 year guarantee on the replaced roof. Job well done Tony!

I'm a first time home buyer and booked Vahn booked for a home inspection in August 2017. From the very beginning, Vahn was polite, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how inane it might be, in a clear and easy to understand manner. During the home inspection, Vahn was very detail oriented and took the time to follow up on any specific areas of inspection I had to help assuage any concerns.
