Rick is a professional through and through. He was flexible with timing, and accommodated the fact that we had to change the date of the inspection at the last minute. He arrived on time for the house inspection, and was very through in his examination. He used a thermal scanner and moisture detector which is a great benefit. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and all questions were answered with detail and practicality. The actual report itself was very organized, and sent to me electronically in less than 24 hours which was great. All in all, I would whole-heartedly use Rick and his services again, and recommend him to others.

Firstly, Derek is very punctual which is extremely important. He came out to give me a quote in a timely fashion, returned calls promptly and showed up on time to do the job. Secondly, his price was pretty competitive, and especially because people are so happy with his work, you feel like you're getting good value. Thirdly, Derek is straight-forward, honest and very personable which makes dealing with him a pleasure. He gave me some advice about my trees and gave me some important information regarding potential pests - all with no sales pressure. Lastly, Derek and his crew are professional and efficient. His team pruned 4 trees for me (2 of them required climbers), removed all the debris, threw them into the chipper and was out of my hair all within an hour! Incredible! I would recommend Derek to anyone...No wonder he's ranked #1!

Kellye and Michael were extremely professional from the moment I contacted them for a quote. They were flexible in terms of timing, arrived on time for our meeting, took accurate measurements, listened to my ideas, incorporated their own, and then provided me with a very detailed CAD drawing of the custom desk and bookshelf. Their price wasn't the cheapest but I went with them because they were the most prepared, and from their drawings and detailed contract, I felt comfortable with them and knew exactly what I was getting. After agreeing to go with them, the excellent customer service didn't stop. They were great at returning calls, answering questions, making changes if necessary, and great with accomodating my schedule. The desk was ready to be installed on schedule, and they pretty much completed the installation on the same day. After that, there were a few follow ups because some touch ups and fine tuning were necessary, but again, Mulligan Woodworking never made a fuss. They kept fixing stuff until I was completely satisfied. Since the desk has been installed, we always get compliments on the craftsmanship, the beautiful look of the furniture, and now we actually use the room regularly. Now it's been about 6 months since the job was completed, and I contacted them recently because it was bugging me that the drawers weren;'t aligned/flush and they agreed to come and fix it. I always recommend Mulligan to friends and family because you definitely get your money's worth in customer service alone. It is very rare to find companies these days that still value customer relationships. I wholeheartedly recommend that you at least invite Mulligan to bid on your job.

Similar to everyone else here, it appears that Graham Services has committed fraud. They have charged a fee in return for services they knowingly cannot fulfill. There is not doubt that this was a scam as they have now disconnected their phones lines / voice mail systems. I'd suggest contacting your local authorities and/or legal advisors to proceed with formal investigation of this company. Although you may be able to recoup the money from Dealfind or other online intermediary you used, Graham Services may have obtained your personal information and is selling the database for a profit. This is illegal without your consent. In addition, they may have caused harm for those who were relying on their service to clean their driveways because they are unable to on their own for whatever reason, and someone could have fallen and injured themselves. Please contact me if you'd like to file a formal complaint in a class action against Graham. We need to ensure companies like this do not get away with this type of crime. This IS a crime.
