Garage door stopped working. Was referred to Oleg at GarageDoorGeeks by a friend who has used them a few times with excellent results. Described the symptoms on the phone and Oleg provided an idea of the possible issue which was the gear in the motor unit. He provided pricing for the service call and the part replacement (if that was the issue). He was able to send the technician the same day. Pavel showed up earlier than scheduled and he was very courteous and efficient. Turns out the diagnosis was correct and Pavel changed the gear part within the hour and we are back in business. Provided a one year warranty on the service as well. Pavel took the time to answer my questions about the door and explained the entire mechanism. Contactless payment was seamless via mobile payment. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has any issues with their garage door. Thank you Oleg and Pavel!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have checked with the BBB or Home Stars before calling this service. I was quoted an $80 service call but when the technician arrived, quoted a $280 charge to find the problem and fix it which may or may not need a part. In my case, we paid the $280 to the technician who claimed that he could fix the problem that he has never touched an appliance he could not fix. Guess what he could not fix it because it needed a part which he swore he could get by the next day. 3 days later and number of calls to the company, he called back to say the part was not available. So we are out $280 and a broken dishwasher and appliance repair company customer service that insists that they provided us correct service. I never post reviews but this experience has me disgusted. Also read an article in the Star today that points to this company having a BBB rating of an F !!
