My first experience with Plumbateria was after I was referred to them by a manager at Rona. I was suffering from low water pressure in my house and was chasing down a new Pressure Regulator Valve, a specialized piece of equipment as I found out. Company was coming and my house was without water. Wifey not happy. I called ahead as I raced to their location to find out if they had the part. They picked up, were happy to confirm they had the part I was looking for and held it. When I got to the store, I met Brett. He heard my story, walked me through my low water pressure suspicions, helped me validate that the PRV was the culprit, and gave me some great advice on the installation. The part was pricey, but I saved myself some money by doing it myself. I felt out of my depth on this one but Brett's guidance helped immensely. Thanks a million. Dax.
