Poor install on replacement windows Found 2 nails sticking out inside frame and insulation foam on wall outside Phoned and spoke with a Manager who told me to cut the nails off and buy cleaner to remove foam insulation Poor customer Service

Firstly, in order for us to respond to any customer service request, we need to have a copy of your purchase order, address, date and a contact # to make sure that you are our customer.
I checked with our customer service manager, and we have no record of any service request by Mr. McKay at all. Our customer service can be reached via telephone. fax or e-mail and not by slanderous reviews.
Secondly, nails are not used in "Vinyl" windows.
We take great pride in our product and customer service, and this sounds very suspicious.
