We removed many layers of tile and a plywood sub-floor from our kitchen. At approximately 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, I got online (junkit.ca) and ordered a removal for the following morning between 10 and noon. The next day, shortly before 10:00 a.m., we received a call from Chris with Junk-it, who indicated he was on his way. Shortly after 10:00 a.m., Chris and a co-worker arrived, gave us an estimate (the amount we expected after viewing their pricing on their website), and they hauled our debris away. A very simple and swift transaction.

We have used Sparkle for a three years now (every spring). Each time, two people have arrived, as scheduled, and completed the work quickly and without making a mess. Our windows are clean, and all of our drapes and window coverings are undamaged. We will use them again next year.
