My project started small and evolved as time went on and Peter happily pivoted, adapted, accommodated, and went out of his way to get all requirements met in a timely fashion to accommodate our needs to move into the newly-purchased home. He was adept at problem-solving when unforeseen issues arose, was always patient and quick to both respond and fix the issues. He always arrived when promised, worked to self-imposed timelines to help us, and worked hard to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. He ended up replacing 22 doors in entire house, drilling/levelling / fitting doors that did not initially fit the space. He worked well to adapt to changes and timing imposed by other trades. He replaced all sockets and switches in the house, replaced light fixtures, patched huge holes in drywall that required new drywall pieces. He installed new locks and door hardware throughout house. We very much appreciate the care and attention he used in our job, and the helpful suggestions he made along the way. Both he and Shanti were a pleasure to have around the house (the project spanned many weeks on and off). I will definitely be using Peter's services in future and recommending him to any friends who need his help. It is unusual to find someone who you can wholeheartedly trust. His pricing is absolutely fair as well - very good value for the money.

I can't say enough good things about the professionalism, attentiveness and great customer service rendered by this company. I called in distress at a severe sudden mouse problem in my home. Kevin accommodated my schedule immediately and came out the next day to conduct a thorough check of the house and attic. He laid numerous poison baits and thoroughly explained his actions, his thinking, and his strategy. He reassured me that I could call back any time before he returned if I had any concerns at all. He promised to return in a month to check on the situation. In 3 weeks I noticed mouse droppings increasing again and called him. He came back within a day to check the situation. The mice had eaten all the bait in the attic, which reaffirmed that his assumption re the source of my problem was correct. He laid a new round of bait in addition to the old and again reassured me that it was ok to call if I had any further concerns before his return 2 months later. All this service was included in the initial fee. I have been very impressed by the service and professionalism of this company and would highly recommend them. I had held out for so long dealing with traps, and other mouse deterrents - if I had known how easy, effective, and and reliable this company was I would have reverted to them long ago. I am thrilled with the carpet cleaning performed. They were able to remove spots and stains that I had been unable to remove despite repeated efforts. I was at the point of assuming I'd have to replace the bedroom rug after a massive cup of herbal tea left huge mark. Everything looks great! The company was a pleasure to deal with - from the front office doing the booking, to the team who came into my home. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be using them again!

My new door installation was done incorrectly by someone else and would blow open if not locked - Locksmith Care responded immediately to my email, came on schedule, and was careful to check and double check his repair to ensure full satisfaction. Very pleased! would highly recommend and have added them to my contacts to always use them when I need a locksmith.

While this review is late in being posted (my reno was completed a year ago), I can now reaffirm more than ever, the creative and technical talent, precision, professionalism, dedication to quality, and workmanship of Traian. You see, after my wonderful experience with the kitchen reno that Traian completed for me then, I have gone ahead and had him do a second kitchen for me this year, in my daughter's condo. What better testimony to my trust in him than in being a repeat customer? My reno last year included removing a large 30-year old dated kitchen and starting from scratch. While I had my own ideas and had developed my own Ikea plan, Traian lent a scrutinizing objective eye and made huge improvements to my initial plan. His suggestions were creative uses of Ikea bases wherever possible in order to keep my costs low. He provides unique custom suggestions at relatively low cost. His intimate knowledge of the Ikea product makes him uniquely capable of adapting it to fit the most difficult executions. Based on his plan I opted to include custom door fronts to my Ikea bases and ended up with a kitchen that everyone declares looks like a high-end, fully custom creation. It is hugely practical, very unique to my needs, and beautiful. With Traian's discerning eye for detail, and exacting precision in execution, I couldn't be happier with all the results. Even when I was happy with certain finishing details, he he insisted on improving a few things at the end - he takes great personal pride in all his projects. He works particularly well with a fellow contractor who he can recommend for the tear-down work, drywalling etc, if you need those services as well. When I called Traian with my new project for my daughter's condo, he worked hard to fit me into his already-busy schedule. This reno is proving to be just as successful as the previous one. I couldn't be more pleased. While I hope I don't need any more kitchens in the near future, if I do I know who I will call for sure!
