We phoned Boyles plumbing the morning of July 17 stating we required a new flapper and the shut off valve for our toilet. Your rep. came to our home promptly. He repaired the shut off valve but said he required a part to complete the repair. We paid him $141.25 before he left. We still have not heard from your company 10 days later. My husband who is noticeably disabled went on line, contacted the manufacturer ordered the flapper and installed it himself. Jean Lloyd
