New Wave put in our pool last spring. They were on schedule and budget and did a beautiful job. The thing that sets New Wave apart is their after service. Kyle and Kathy are always there to answer any question no matter how small or how many times you've asked it. Kyle even pops by after pool opening to check on how everything is running and to make sure your opening goes smoothly. Being pool newbies, it makes us feel great that we can trust them to help us and walk us through the steps to ensure optimal pool and system health.

We knew since we bought our house that we needed to do something with the backyard. We just didn't know what we should do. We really wanted to put in a pool but had no idea where to start. Derek from Glen Echo came in and did a beautiful design for us. Derek helped us with everything. He put us in contact with a pool installer, a fence guy and a pool shed guy and he coordinated all the timing and work to be done between them. Derek's guys on site were simply the best. They kept the site clean and made helpful suggestions each day. I can't wait to see what they do with the front of our house next year.
