Rauls crew did a wonderful job with our main floor renovation. We took down 4 walls and made our main floor open concept. From the first appointment, Raul was very detailed and patient in explaining the process. He was able to quickly bring in an engineer to see what was required for structural supports when removing the walls. His crew was very polite and respectful while working. Each step of the way, Ricky and Dillon explained things in detail as the work progressed. They understood that I am a visual person, so often they would lay out material or draw things down so I can have an understanding of how it would look. They were quick to adapt and make changes to reach our satisfaction. I really loved that Raul responded to my messages via text or call quickly. He was very involved in the entire process and supportive of my many questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Raul!
