Called based on homestars reviews, dishwasher not diagnosed with technician - he said re-install it? Called Maytag and had their technician come out to diagnose and replace 2 parts 2 days later. Called and explained, he said he would refund me the service call if I provided a bill from the other company. I did - then I am told, "sorry, not so sorry we won't refund you." Call the manufacturer next time and get someone recommended.

We would like to thank you for your review!
Our technician diagnosed your dishwasher almost half a year ago, the unit tested ok and had no issues. The technician noticed that the dishwasher wasn't installed properly by manufacturer requirements and recommended to call us again if the same issues will occur again.
You've emailed us an invoice from Whirlpool that your dishwasher was repaired about one month after our service call. The invoice has no description on what was done and unfortunately you never contacted us since the service call was done to let us know that you have an issue with the dishwasher.
We apologize what appeared to be a simple repair became complicated but this was not a fault of the technician. We attempted to explain this to you however you did not agree with us.
