I had the same experience as the other disatisfied reviewer. I was waiting for piano movers to arrive for a whole day (even though I was told they would come within a 1-hour window). They eventually showed up at the end of the day, short of the required equipment and manpower. I was told they would return early the next day to finish the job but again they showed up four hours later than what they said. To confuse the issue a different company showed up - they were called something else. Also, the price went up by $100 when the price quoted on the phone was $250. The person I was dealing with suggested that I had misunderstood but there was no misunderstanding as I had gotten him to repeat the price and had written it down. Overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend.
