We had Adam come out to clean our gutters. Initially, he was very responsive. The first day he scheduled, he cancelled the day of right before he was supposed to show up (he said rain was expected later on in the day which could make it dangerous, so it was understandable.) When he showed up the next time to clean the gutters, he was over 3 hours late. He showed up around 6pm and he said he was completely done around 7:30 or so. I was hesitant that he did the job completely as I did not see him doing all levels of gutters we have, and it seemed that he completed the job very quickly for one person cleaning gutters by hand. He said "I can't force you to pay me". I know he did clean some of the easy to access areas of gutter by hand, and he did come out and spend the time, so despite what I thought, I paid him anyway. After I paid him, he assured me if I had any problems, he would come back with a crew and would clean them until I was satisfied. We've had more than a couple heavy rainfalls since then and we have an occasional leak inside of our house when the rain is heavy. One of our downspouts has no water flowing out of it at all. I've also gone up on a ladder to check out the gutters myself (which was something I wanted to avoid--and the reason I hired someone--) the one section of gutters I checked did not look cleaned at all. Adam came out over a month ago, I've reached out to Adam 3 times since but he has not responded. Not impressed.
