Ray from Sears service department came by to have a look at the tray on our fridge door which cracked. While Sears would not cover it under the extended warranty, Ray indicated that it should be covered under the 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty. He was very personable and helpful in getting me this information as well as providing the Whirlpool Service number so that I could contact them directly. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

Alpine roofing is our "go to" company for roofs. We have done three roofs over the past eight years with them already and would not recommend anyone else. They are fast, efficient, clean and do a very professional job at a reasonable price. They are very accommodating, going as far as Newmarket to do a roof for us. They were very patient in explaining things and provided good advice on the types of extras we should consider (ie ice shields etc). Our previous roof was in very bad shape and thanks to alpine we have now put the buckets and umbrellas away! Thanks to Mimi and his crew for another job well done!

I have only good things to say about Hardwood Land. They have a great selection of products, their staff were very helpful and patient in helping us choose the right floor (they will even customize the colour), prices are reasonable and Yuiy was very responsive to our needs. We had our living/dining room done and love it. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Helpful, reasonable and honest. There is nothing more that you can ask for from a kitchen renovation company and this is what we got from Kitchenland. Alex and Helena provided their honest opinion in order to design the best kitchen possible. They have a wide variety of styles and their quality is excellent. If we ever need another kitchen, we are going straight back to them, even if they are in Mississauga and we are in North York. It is worth the drive! Thanks again we absolutely love our new kitchen!

My story is no different than the numerous complaints below. Bought a piece of furniture Dec. 22....was still waiting for it Mar. 22. Agree that this company should be out of business. I got lucky in my ordeal and wanted to share a bit of advice. If you have paid by VISA (the one that provides a guarantee onf purchases), contact them, let them know that you have not received the product or service and they will debit the merchant's account and credit you back (very little questions asked). I would keep evidence (dates/times/record of conversations) that you've had as evidence), although VISA told me that the burden of proof rests with the merchant that they have delivered the product. Note that you only have 117 days from date of purchase to request a refund (I was at day 90 of waiting, with the same excuses as you have all heard. I'm sure Marnie was very unpleasantly surpised when she was short 800.00 in her account, which put a big smile on my face. A little payback for all the anguish she has caused all of us. Hopefully this advice will help some poor soul out there.
