I reached out to GasGuys in order to connect my newly purchased BBQ to my home's gas line. Since this is my first natural gas grill, I wanted to make sure that everything was connected safely. George replied to my call and asked that I send him a few pictures so that he could determine the scope of the work involved. He quickly replied to me and put me at ease by explaining that since a quick-connect valve was already in place (from a previous renovation) it was something that I could easily and legally do on my own. George was even kind enough to offer to walk me through the process over the phone at no charge. Even though I did not end up hiring GasGuys for any service, I would not hesitate to use them in the future or to recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Matthew and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. They prepared an opening for the new patio door and matched the bricks perfectly to the existing ones. We replaced a bay window with a smaller picture window which required to close off the space underneath the window with bricks to match the rest of the wall. Matthew did an outstanding job! When we look at the wall we can barely tell it used to have an opening there! The transition from the existing brick to the new brick is seamless! He also did various smaller jobs - closed off the old milk box with bricks to match the wall, replaced the window ledges with stone, sills repaired a crack in the foundation, removed and sealed off the basement window and its well. Everything turned out beautifully and we were very happy with the outcome! Neat, organized, well prepared, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. Thank you!!

Very professional and reliable. Arrived on time, used professional equipment where it was necessary, e.g. disassembled the couch to make it go through the entryway, used a trolley to remove the old stove from the house. Excellent communication, prompt response and quick and top quality service. Highly recommended!!!

Ruben and his team exceeded our expectations. The project involved demolition of old drywall, installation of subflooring, parquet floors, complete insulation and drywalling of 3 exterior walls, painting of the walls and the ceiling and the new baseboards. In addition, there was some electrical work involving a new heating duct vent and a new plug/cable outlet. From the moment we met Ruben, there was a complete sense of trust. Ruben listened to our plan, made non-judgemental suggestions that made complete sense. Ruben had an explanation to every comment he made. He was honest about things he was not sure about and was always able to get back to our questions after doing some research. Every step of the reno was planned ahead and communicated to us as we had requested. Ruben and Victor were always on time, very friendly, HARDWORKING, and paid a lot of attention to detail. We chose very bright colours for our basement kids' playroom, which required multiple coats to get the colour we wanted. Victor and Ruben were very patient and worked with us to get that perfect look all the way! The faux brick wall was a nice bonus and turned out even better than what we initially had in mind. We look forward to hiring Ruben for our future reno projects. We recomment Ruben to all our friends. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of their job!! AWESOME!
