Efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable in installing and fixing all wiring
Phil is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He totally re-did the mess of wiring in our house to an organized system of wires and switches that make sense. He suggested moving some switches around and installing some lighting; now our house is much more liveable. He works quickly and tidies up so that you would never even know he had been there. We highly recommend Phil.
