I had a very strange malfunction of my KitchenAid fridge. I couldn't find any help online, neither on the manufacturer's website nor on forums. KitchenAid troubleshooting didn't help either. These guys figured this out. It took more than one visit (the first replacement circuit board didn't do the trick), but then they got the other part and finished their work NOT charging for any diagnostic time after the first visit. Very professional service, nice attitude.
