Met with Lily and Henry at my house for a quote. They were professional and wrote out the quote on paper with dimensions. Other contractors just came with a measuring tape. Lily and Henry provided interlocking books and showed me pictures of what they can do. We were happy with their quote and communication even after they had left. We agreed on price and date. The crew showed up 15mins earlier than the 8am start time, so they were very diligent. They worked quickly and efficiently. Henry was accommodating to my requests during the job and answered questions along the way. The final product was excellent and we are very happy with the workmanship and quality. They cleaned up nicely before they left my house as well. I will definitely use Jiayuan Landscaping again for future projects and recommend them to my family and friends.

I'm starting to use HomeStars more and more and usually go with the 97% and higher reviews contractors. Hossein and his team are 99% for a reason. They showed up on time and explained the initial plan for where he thought the pot lights would work best. I'm a little picky when it comes to placing caps over existing light fixtures from my home builder, but Hossein made everything work well. I also couldn't decide what to do with the kitchen for the time being and Hossein never pushed me to sell me more pot lights. He offered to return when I would be ready for more. He even told me that we should reduce the amount initially explained in the living/dining room or else it would look to busy. True honesty goes a long way. We even had a few minutes to chat on a personal level. Great guys and clean up was excellent as well. They made sure nothing was left behind for my child to find. I have already recommended Hossein to a few of my friends who will probably be calling him soon. I'll have them return to add more to these 28 some time soon. Thanks Pot Light Experts!
