Unable to reach secretary, manager or tradespeople by phone or email. Requested quote on replacing bathtub fixture. Plumber broke bathtub surround in reconnaissance - without notifying me. Requested problem to be fixed. Weeks, then months, of trying to connect with anyone at company was futile. No accountability. Poor service. Unprofessional.
