Dream kitchen was delivered with missing door, misaligned door cabinets (and we have lots), wrong paint colour at the crown unions. It has been almost 6 months and the door is still missing, none of the cabinets have been aligned. One of the bathroom drawers has a broken handled from pre-delivery inspection back on November, which is not fixed yet. Kitchen doors handles are starting to loose and we are extremely careful people. This kitchen was built by Potvin as part of a new home with "an Ottawa builder" . Worst customer service ever. This company killed our dreamed kitchen moment. Stay away if you can.

We got a blockage in our kitchen sink and were not able to fix it, so we called Gary. He did great job with the snake to completely remove that blockage but before he had to re-do the whole kitchen drain since the builder hadn't installed properly and on top of that, they didn't put a clean out pipe. The install was clean, well designed and he used quality material. He explained everything he did in detail plus he gave us some tips in how to keep our drains free of blockages.
