I rarely write reviews unless the work done is either outstanding and deserves a good review or it's lousy and needs to be criticized. The work that Hamid and Vlad did for us totally deserves a good review, so here we go... We called Grand Landscaping and Interlocking to give us a quote for the repair/replacement of our concrete staircase which had settled and separated from porch. Hamid came to give us a quote in February 2022. He showed up on time and thoroughly reviewed the issue. We decided that we replace the stairs with precast concrete steps and cover the landing with natural stone and parge the two sides of the porch which were deteriorated brick veneer. We also asked Hamid to give us a quote for the removal of existing sidewalk (patio slabs in the front and side of the house) and replacing with concrete paving. We had a long standing drainage issue in front of the house due to settlement of patio slabs in time, which had become a slipping hazard with water freezing during winter. Hamid recommended to interlock the sidewalk with the same price as concrete paving which we accepted. The work was originally scheduled for the first week of May but Hamid called to let us know that they have had a cancellation and could start the work earlier, in April, which worked fine for us. Once work started, team of Hamid, Vlad and their assistants showed up every day first thing in the morning. They didn't waste any time or left us hanging by doing more than one job at a time, which some contractors do. We added more to the scope of work (e.g. expanding interlock area, additional steps, garden edge, riverstone, and sodding the front lawn) after work had started and Hamid was very accommodating in terms of pricing for the extra work without sacrificing the quality. I'm a landscape architect and manage many landscape design and contract administration projects throughout the year so I am very familiar with the landacape construction methods, materials and details. I must say that these guys know their job very well but at the same time they were very accommodating to the way I wanted the work to be done. I pay a lot of attention to details and Hamid and Vlad made sure I am satisfied with every aspect of the work by discussing how they would go about completing each step of the work and modifying the work if it wasn't done to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Hamid and Vlad and I will definitely use them again in my future projects. I have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends or anyone who is looking for a good landscape contractor who provides high quality work at a very competitive price.

It was a great pleasure dealing with Feng at Hong He Stone. He was very patient throughout the process which took us about 10 days to find the stone we liked. Feng was very prompt in providing quotes and answering our questions and concerns through email/text/phone. He gave us a very competitive price for TCE Stone. Installation was completed in less than one week after measurement. Highly recommended.
