After meeting Alex and discussing our front door options, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could count on him for our every need. Alex went above and beyond our expectations. We moved into our new home and were concerned about the condition of the carpets, especially given the covid pandemic. I contacted Muddy Paws and asked they do a full cleaning and disinfection of all carpets and our area rugs. They far surpassed my expectations. They arrived on time, followed all precautions using PPE, thoroughly cleaned all our carpet and managed to remove stains that have been stuck on for years. They were professional, organized, and did such a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for any carpet/fabric cleaning.
