Living in New Brighton the spider problem (being that it's a newer area) was getting pretty bad outside our home, we'd have to open the door a crack to see if any were dangling or made webs in the doorway before you walked through! (Ew!) Will (the owner and operator of Combat) is a wonderful & knowledgable business owner! He made sure we knew what was happening, gave us a run down and let us know what plants and things to put inside before the treatment of our home. He does 2 treatments 45 days apart (most companies only do 1) to ensure he gets the full life cycle of all the spiders & eradicate your problem. He made mention that with our homes being so close togther on our street that there may still be the occasional unwanted guest, however it's been a week since our first treatment & no unwanted guests have been seen! The treatment was quick & Will is careful to ensure your whole home has been done (we have a two storey home with peaks, nooks & cranies that we're all thoroughly done & checked). He makes sure you're happy, informed and satisfied with your services, which to me is more than most companies do nowadays. Overall a stellar experience and a stellar company!
