First I'd like start with how Hys and Ryan A. repaired the trust I have with Reliance Home comfort. It it wasn't for them selling me on this company, I would have made them de-install the entire equipment and closed my account. Take my words to all new clients out there, record every conversation you have with the salesman cause more then likely, what he says will not be what you get and if you're anything like me and know nothing about air conditioning then you're in for a rude awakening. DO NOT take their words for it as not every salesman are honest. Some only cares for the sales pitch. I was debating between two good rating company for my new air conditioning and the only reason why I went with Reliance Home comfort was because the salesman made me believe that I was getting more for my $. During my first conversation with the salesman, I asked him to explain how their company was better then others. I was told about their warranty and that their installation included a thermostat that could be controlled by phone, a new breaker, a condensate pump and the "do not pay" option plan, ALL at no extra cost. When I was still hesitant and couldn't make up my mind on which company to use, I had another conversation with him and I was told that Reliance Home comfort didn't just flush out old lines but installed new one. So, with everything said, I though that Reliance Home comfort went way beyond all other company to ensure things were done right. At the end, a $300 was added for the thermostat which I decline, a $50 for the option plan which I had no other choice then to pay, NO NEW lines was installed as this would have meant breaking my ceiling, NO NEW breaker was installed has none was required, and the installer was not aware that he had to install a condense pump but lucky for me, he had one left on hand and was more then happy to install. My experience with the Reliance Home Comfort and if I would recommend them to a friend, I'd say only if their salesman was as honest as their installer Hys and Ryan A. Thank you guys for your honesty, the good work and keeping my house clean.
