I am glad you enjoyed the work done on your home. I do see that you mention that we assisted you in developing a ‘legal basement apartment’. Unfortunately, as there is a permit process in place when making a second unit the delays may relate to obtaining the permit, city inspections etc.; Also, we are always here to answer any questions you may have regarding the costs associated with your basement. We have no hidden fees and are happy to explain the costs you may have been seeing whether they are related to permit fees, upgrades, changes etc.;
