I am pleased to recommend Niall and his team very highly for their professionalism, commitment to quality, and attention to detail. Niall’s team renovated both my bathrooms with new tile throughout, new lighting, and a beautiful glass shower door. They also installed a drop ceiling with recessed lighting and plastered over my popcorn stucco ceilings. You wouldn't believe what a difference a nice clean ceiling makes! Niall took great care to ensure that everything was to my liking and that nothing had been overlooked. He even spotted a few little things my last contractor did that were not exactly up to code, and took it upon himself to fix these things without my having to ask. My renovation went off without a hitch and my condo looks spectacular.

I found City Home Granite Depot on-line and went by their store to check them out. The store is clean and they have a pretty good selection of stone counters. They were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Their prices are very reasonable compared to mainstream counter providers, and the turnaround was quick. The installers were polite and professional, and even came back a second time to make small adjustments when I asked them to. My counter looks amazing!

Found a backsplash tile I thought would work for my new kitchen and requested a sample. A sample was not available. I took a chance and bought $900 worth of tile on faith. Sadly it did not look nearly as good in my kitchen as it did in the store. CIOT on Lawrence charged me a $130 restocking fee for returning these in-stock tiles. There is no way such a massive fee is justified, especially given that they could not provide a sample. Buyer beware!
