Vito inspected my new construction home recently as well as my previous home. He is open, honest and very thorough. I highlighted specific areas of concern and he made sure to put more focus on them. During the inspection he was helpful in showing me the tests he does, walking me through various things he's looking for and highlighting things to watch out for in the near term as well as items that just need to be routinely monitored. Communication and setting up the visit was extremely easy with no surprises. He arrived on time and completed the inspection in the time he said it would take. Clearly, he is very experienced and good at what he does. His inspection report was ready for me by the evening and extremely detailed/comprehensive. I'm glad he was able to share his input with me in advance of my Tarion warranty submission! I would not hesitate to use his company again for future home inspections.
