I feel they did a wonderful job. All 28 windows were washed by hand and all debris taken from the eave troughs was hauled away - two bags of leaves. Both students were very polite and very timely and efficient. One skylight did get cleaned but I did ask them not to go onto the top of the roof to clean the other skylight as I felt it was unsafe for them. Their ladder was not sufficient to reach this height and I was worried for their safety. The basement windows (2) received a cursory clean , but that was our fault as they have bars and I could not find the key. Rather safe than sorry. They tried though. Good job all around and appreciated the walk around after. Note to one of the cleaners. Please have your brother contact me about window work.
