He found several issues that only a professional would have caught and I was able to ask the seller to fix them before I agreed to purchase the home. Getting these issues fixed at the sellers expense more than covered his fee. He uses a thermal imaging camera to find heat loss problems which other inspectors do not necessarily have. This service is included in his fee. He also provides a detailed binder of the home inspection and pictures of the areas that need to be fixed.
