From the moment I called Fecri he answered the phone promptly and explained the process. He was able to schedule us quickly and the price was very reasonable. He came to the house today and showed up on time and the result was excellent. Our carpet and rugs look like new and he explained how to take care of them. I would recommend his services to anyone that needs rugs or carpets cleaned.
