I was stuck with an emergency just a couple of days before leaving on an extended trip. A bathtub faucet, '70's vintage, was leaking and I wasn't able to fix it with an easy washer replacement. During the first visit by Devon, despite trying various options, a repair wasn't possible. He went above and beyond to track down a similar model of faucet, so that the interior pipes wouldn't have to be moved when taking out the old faucet. The next day, Kellen came by to install the new faucet, fixing the problem before I left town. Their commitment to getting the work done quickly and economically was wonderful.
