Nathan and Dave did great work replacing the gas line to our BBQ. They were friendly and professional, and worked quickly. They made sure everything was tested and safe and instructed me how to use it before they left. They even painted the gas line with rust cover paint - nice finishing touch! The new gas line that they installed is far superior in quality and safety to the existing one that was there prior. And it looks amazing too! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We had an old upper/lower deck that we wanted replaced with an upper deck, and lower stone patio. Alterra was referred to us by the contractor who was doing the deck part of this project. In consultation with Alex, he recommended materials and made suggestions for integrating our new patio with our flower beds and the walkway alongside our house - including suggestions for fixing some of major leveling issues with our stone stairs and walkway. The crew got the job done in about a week, despite some unexpected drainage and levelling issues that cropped up. We are so happy that all of these pre-existing problems are now properly fixed. Our new interlock patio is even more beautiful than I had originally imagined it would be. Alex and the entire team were a pleasure to work with, their workmanship exceptional, and they responded professionally to unexpected issues or any changes that we requested. Thank you so much! Art and his team were highly professional and their workmanship excellent. Art responded quickly to my inquiry and provided in-person consultation that included recommending a contractor for the stone patio we wanted in addition to the composite deck he and his team built. Our old deck (upper & lower) was in dire need of replacement. Art and his team demolished the old deck and installed a new composite upper deck. They worked very quickly, made recommendations for materials, and liaised/worked with the other contractor as needed. Thanks to Art, the whole process of getting a new deck and patio combo was seamless and we are beyond happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to EJL Design & Contracting for the work done in our home - popcorn (stucco) ceiling removal, pot light installation, faucet installation and painting three large rooms. Joe and Steve worked quickly and diligently to finish this work, addressed all of our questions and concerns and provided friendly and professional service.
