Tuckpointing of bricks, some replacement of bricks and basement walls repaired (via parging).
The basement walls (3) had deteriorated badly from moisture. Since I had weeping tiles installed, I was comfortable repairing the damaged basement walls by Parging. Also, the house had a milk cubby and I wanted it removed with matching bricks in place.
