We have used The Cutting Edge Roofing 2 times previously. Once to replace our garage roof that was leaking, and the second to remove and an old vent stack and repair the hole. When we had a hole in our wooden soffit / fascia, we gave them a call. Jimmy came out within a couple of days and got on the roof to check it out. Turned out that our entire roof needed replacement. He took pictures and showed us how wavy and bowed the entire roof was - and we had no idea. He provided a quote on the spot for the replacement of the roof, and advised us to take a look in the attic as due to the shape of the roof, there was probably mold. Sure enough, there was mold on the plywood in the attic and the walls - WHAT!?!? MOLD!?!? We took pictures and sent them to Jimmy. He came back and answered all our questions about the roof / mold and let us know that they would be able to remove / kill most of the mold - obviously once the roof was off, they would be able to see better and advise. About 2 weeks later, Jimmy, Rob and he crew came out to start. Once they had the roof off, they advised us that they could take care of all the mold - thank goodness. They also found that there was not enough insulation - only about 4 inches. The lack of insulation, along with a bathroom vent that was not connected properly and blowing hot air in the attic, is what caused the mold. So along with the roof, they added the required insulation, and fixed the bathroom vent. Jimmy, Rob and the crew were so thorough and checked everything and addressed all the issues. They took pictures of everything - before, during and after. Everything was cleaned up and left exactly as it was before. I would not hesitate to recommend The Cutting Edge Roofing to anyone they are amazing.

We were looking to have our driveway done. We wanted to remove the existing cracked pavers, and replace this with asphalt, along with adding a stone path from the street to the house. The year before we saw that C&R paving did 2 other driveways on our street along with some stonework. We spoke to one of the neighbours and they were very happy with the work, so we decided to give them a call. Brian came out within a couple of days to provide a quote. The price was very reasonable. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and we are so happy with the results. The path and driveway look amazing. I would not hesitate in recommending C&R paving or using them for any future needs.

We were in desperate need of a backyard makeover. We wanted something that would be little to no maintenance and were even thinking of getting "fake" grass to achieve this (I wasn't sold on this, but my husband really wanted it). We had Kurt over to have a look and right away knew that he was the right person. He is very knowledgeable and was able to make recommendations and suggestions to meet our needs while still respecting the budget. He was extremely flexible when we added some work to the initial contract and him and his entire crew were so efficient and professional. Our project included: a stone patio, small deck, window wells, lighting and fixing of some broken fence posts and yes - we did go with the fake grass - and it looks awesome - people cannot believe it is not real. The yard was immaculate when they were done and we could not be happier with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend Kurt and his crew and will definitely be calling him when we are ready to do our front yard.
