We hired John and his team recently to deal with sewer backup and basement flooding in our Toronto house. To say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Throughout the whole process John was diligent in addressing the multitude of issues that came up and kept us constantly informed. He also kept excellent records and dealt directly with our insurance company to help complete our claim. You never want to have these types of issues in your home, but if you do, you want John and the team at Select Restoration on the job!

Ben and his team recently replaced the shingles on our garage roof as well as the main portion of our slope roof on our house. We can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism demonstrated by everyone involved with the job. They worked efficiently and completed the work in just one day. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. Highly recommended for anyone looking for roofing work in Toronto.

Slavic and his team replaced the lead water supply pipe servicing our 100+ year old home. They worked quickly and finished the job in only one day. I have nothing but positive things to say and would recommend them to anyone else looking for similar work.

I contacted Nazar on a Friday regarding installation of a garage door opener. He arrived promptly on Monday and completed the job in just under two hours. Our garage door is over 20 years old and as a result it required a bit of finessing in order to have the motor work optimally. Not only did Nazar quickly identify a solution that would work, he ensured everything was up and running perfectly and provided maintenance tips to keep our door in good shape. I would recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with their garage door opener. I even felt his price was low for the service provided (a rarity with home services/contractors these days!).

Alex and his team helped us secure permits for our home renovation, including removal of walls on the main floor, new open concept layout and mechanical work such as the design of a new HVAC system. Overall we were happy with the services. When some small issues arose throughout the process, Alex was quick to identify and help us rectify them. Cadaxx delivered permits in a timely fashion and I would recommend to others.
