We made a reservation and they failed to honor it. They thought it was for April, but it was for May. And they didn't have a record of the reservation. So they cancelled the appointment and "waived" the cancellation fee. We even talked to the manager, but nothing was resolved. And so we went with a different company. We were not happy with UHaul.
