Great job - really appreciated the colour consultation, and the quick responses to my questions. The work is very neat - the team fixed numerous dents, small holes and scratches and stains. Did pretty much the entire house including trim and crown mouldings and a most ceilings for about $4000. Great value. Crew chief Ken came by immediately when we noticed a few deficiencies, and these were corrected within two days. Really happy with the results.

David did great work for us, once again. He is efficient, neat, and affordable. Wired some new fixtures, replaced some old ones, and did a bit of troubleshooting for our outdoor lighting. Great advice, great service.

Bill did amazing work on our basement - he suggested budget-friendly options to maximize and update our space. Work included building walls (and door) around our new furnace, replacing old cedar trim with new panelling, and customizing and installing bookcases. Lots of other little fixes as well. Quick work, very neat, flexible scheduling and great advice. I would definitely recommend Vail Renovations for home reno!

Once again, John did a fantastic job. We noticed digging in our basement window well where it appeared that an animal was attempting to get under the wire mesh previously installed by John around our sunroom. John came to take a look, and within half an hour had dug out the window well, installed mesh, and covered the whole area again. We have always received quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced service from Grady's and wouldn't use anyone else.

Great team, great work. We are so happy with the final product. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and very skilled - they obviously take great pride in their work. Also took the time to explain all of the systems very clearly.

I can't recommend David highly enough. Not only did he do top-quality work, he was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and very tidy! We are thrilled with his work, and will not hesitate to use him again in future.

We had what we suspect was a raccoon living under our sun room. Grady's Wildlife Removal service was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Both the work itself and the follow up were excellent. The entire perimeter of the sun room was secured with heavy-duty mesh and the work was done so neatly that you hardly notice that it is there. The one-way door worked perfectly and our resident critter is gone. We would not hesitate to call John again for any wildlife services!

Dymon's South Keys location is pristine - I have never seen such a clean storage facility. The layout is very well-organized, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the rates are good. The drive-in loading area is wonderful, especially in bad weather. 24 hour access is very convenient. They also offer a free truck on move-out. I am so glad that we chose this company to store our possessions while we search for a house!

Every member of the Mackie team was fantastic - professional, efficient and friendly. The quote was very accurate (the total actually came in a bit under the estimate), the movers were very careful with all of our possessions, and everything ran smoothly, even despite inclement weather! I would recommend this company to anyone, without hesitation.
