We purchased a kitchen table a few months prior and had trouble picking it up, warehouse hours were normal work hours(take off early from job) and no one would help load into truck. Against better judgement we purchased two more items. It took over two months and many phone calls- of which they couldn't coordinate the two products together, which made three picks ups for us for the two items. Even after arranging with owner for kitchen island and the granite top to be at warehouse for pickup two days prior, we showed up and the top was not there. All he said was "I had no warning." I was so fustrated, I couldn't even confront him. After being fustrated repeatedly, it was just insulting how he kept saying we are getting such a good deal on our items. Now that we have them in our home I am constantly reminded of the fustration and feel we overpayed.
