new furnace, A/C, hot water tank
I was introduced to Holmes Heating at the fall home show and was impressed by the time taken with me. the Sales follow up this year was helpful and none threatening. The installation crew showed up on time and were polite and cheerful. A problem discovered after the installation was corrected (at I think considerable expense to them) without argument.
